Meet Tom Lim

Tom’s journey into the car business was anything but typical. Before he ever stepped onto a dealership floor, he had already led thousands.


As a former leader of a 1,500-member youth gang in the streets of Toronto, Tom learned early how influence, presence, and loyalty can shape lives, for better or worse. After a powerful transformation, he went to Bible college and became a Youth Pastor, devoting his life to inspiring and leading young people from the heart but when the bills piled up and the Pastor’s salary couldn’t support his family, he walked into a dealership with no experience, just a work ethic, a servant’s heart, and a fire to change his family’s future.

🚀 Four months later, he was in Finance.

🚀 Five months after that, a Sales Manager.

🚀 And the rest? Over two decades of leadership.


For the last 10 years, Tom served as a General Manager, building high-performing, people-first teams and mentoring over 50 people who never sold a car before meeting him into roles like Sales Manager, Finance Manager/Director, GSM, GM, and even VP.


Tom helps dealership professionals grow into true leaders, the kind that don’t just sell, but inspire, retain, and transform.
