After spending over 20 years in dealerships, starting in Sales, moving through Finance, Sales Manager, and eventually GM I’ve seen what this industry can offer when it’s done right. I’ve also seen too many good people leave, not because they couldn’t handle the job, but because they were never really led, trained, or supported the way they deserved. That’s what drives me.

I genuinely believe the car business is one of the most powerful and overlooked career paths out there. But it only works when people are onboarded properly, communicated with clearly, coached consistently, and led with heart.

I’m here to help people stick around long enough to see the pride, purpose, and potential this industry has to offer because it’s changed my life, and I know it can change theirs too.

Through my coaching, speaking, and the NXT LVL programs, I work with dealerships and leaders to build stronger teams, better cultures, and more human-focused systems—so more people grow, thrive, and stay.
